This assures a deep and effective clean. Although you can rent steam cleaning machines, and try and do the job yourself, this is not recommended. A professional cleaning company won’t just have more powerful and effective steam cleaner machinery, but they’ll know exactly how to use it.
Yes. We do and at no extra charge. For liability reasons, we will not generally move antique furniture, entertainment systems, pianos, or other valuable belongings. However, your on-site technician is entitled to make his own decision.
Yes. In cases where contamination is limited to the carpet surface, a thorough cleaning may be enough to remove the odor. In more severe cases, a urine neutralizer will be applied. We also offer an advanced toxin-free odor removal treatment. In the most severe cases, replacement of the carpet padding, treatment of the under-side of the carpet, and the sub-floor may be required.
